Norwegian Quisling Stamps

These stamps were issued in February 1941,showing Quisling's portrait the postal value was of 20 + 30 öre.
In September 1942 same stamp was overprinted in dark-red "1-2-1942" to commemorate Quisling's first day in office as Prime Minister.
